With the acquisition of a majority stake in IBG HydroTech, SEVEST is investing in a provider of components and systems for the trenchless rehabilitation and cleaning of drinking water pressure pipelines and sewer pipes. As part of a long-term succession solution, the company will enter its next phase of growth together with the existing management team.

Together with SEVEST, IBG aims to further strengthen its technological edge and strong market position. To support continued growth, the focus will be particularly on further developing the sales organization and scaling the company’s operations.
