Adiuva Capital has sold NTA Group, a leading provider of integrated security, communications, and IT infrastructure solutions, to funds advised by Deutsche Private Equity (DPE).
The NTA Group is a provider of security, communications, and IT infrastructure solutions for mid-sized companies, government agencies, critical infrastructure operators, and healthcare providers. In addition to fire and intrusion detection technology, alarm and emergency management, access control, and video surveillance, its service portfolio also includes modern corporate communications solutions, networks, and high-performance IT infrastructure.
Under Adiuva’s majority ownership, NTA has grown from a regionally strong systems house into a diversified corporate group. With the acquisition of four add-ons, both the group’s technical and geographic coverage were significantly expanded, and total revenue more than doubled over the course of four years. Today, NTA Group is a leading provider in the DACH region and, with approximately 360 employees at nine locations in Germany and Luxembourg, serves healthcare providers, government agencies, operators of critical infrastructure, and medium-sized companies.
Founded in 2011, Adiuva Capital has been supporting mid-sized companies across the German-speaking countries with capital and entrepreneurial expertise. Today, the firm manages more than EUR 800 million in assets.
