Your Tasks

As a project manager at CODEX Partners, you are responsible for the conception and successful management of clearly structured projects and sub-projects in various industries. This can involve strategy development, operational tasks as well as commercial due diligence. You are involved in the acquisition of new projects, but you also organise projects in coordination with the partners, lead strong teams and are responsible for your own content. You develop solutions together with your colleagues and our clients. During the projects, you will be in continuous communication with the project managers on the client side together with the partner in charge. In addition, you are responsible for the product development of individual topics such as agile organisation.
Depending on the project, you will be working both in our office in Munich and on-site at our clients´ locations in Germany and abroad. During your time with us, you will get to know many industries, companies and tasks in a short period of time and work closely with the partners.

Your qualifications

  • You have at least four years of professional experience in management consulting.
  • You are experienced in the planning and management of projects.
  • You have gained extensive experience working together with clients on strategic and operational tasks.
  • You are committed and motivated.
  • You like problem-solving and you are comfortable in handling numbers.
  • You set high value on the quality of your own work.
  • You have an excellent university degree.
  • You approach people in an open and friendly way and have a sense of humour.
  • You speak excellent German and have good English language skills (both spoken and written) or you speak excellent English and have very good German language skills (both spoken and written).
  • You are IT-savvy and proficient in standard Microsoft Office programs including Excel and PowerPoint
