Your Tasks

As a consultant, you are responsible for the independent development of sub-projects within larger projects such as the market and competitor analysis of a software company. You will closely interact and collaborate with the project team on the client side. You will organise your tasks independently, create the corresponding analyses and results on your own responsibility, conduct interviews with experts and develop solutions together with your teammates and our clients. You will also present these solutions at internal workshops and client meetings. In addition, you will have the opportunity to coach the associate consultants, analysts and interns on your team.

Depending on the project, you will work both in our office in Munich, Zurich or Frankfurt/Main and on-site with our clients in Germany and abroad. During your time with us, you will get to know many industries, companies and tasks in a short period of time and work closely together with the project managers and partners.

Experienced colleagues will support you in your personal development. We also assist your career development with regular training courses.

Your qualifications

  • You have at least two years of professional experience in management consulting or an MBA/PhD degree with relevant work experience.
  • You have gained first consultancy experience working for clients.
  • You have experience researching data (market data, company information, etc.).
  • You are dedicated and motivated.
  • You like to solve complex problems and you are comfortable in handling numbers
  • You set high value on the quality of your own work.
  • You have a very good university degree.
  • You approach people in an open and friendly way and have a sense of humour.
  • You speak excellent German and have good English language skills (both spoken and written) or you speak excellent English and have very good German language skills (both spoken and written).
  • You are IT-savvy and proficient in standard Microsoft Office programs including Excel and PowerPoint
