Before becoming co-founder of CODEX Partners 20 years ago, Clemens Beickler was a long-time member of Bain & Company’s executive board in Germany. He has 29 years of experience in top management consulting and investment management, with over 250 successfully completed projects. Clemens Beickler holds a degree in Business Administration and Economics from the universities of Zurich and Giessen as well as a degree in Philosophy and Politics from the University of York and University of California. Clemens Beickler is responsible for strategy development, transformation and buy-side M&A.
Peter Engelhardt

Prior to CODEX Partners, Peter Engelhardt was managing director at Wieland Capital as well as board member and co-founder at the software and consulting firm Trade2b/Alden. He has more than 20 years of experience in top management consulting, investment companies and sales, with over 100 successfully completed projects. After receiving a degree in Business Administration at WHU in Koblenz and the universities in Rouen (France) and Los Angeles (UCLA), he was a consultant at McKinsey & Company for many years. Peter Engelhardt has extensive project experience in the areas of strategy (growth strategy, restructuring), due diligence and full potential transformation (purchasing optimization, performance improvement, organization).
Tobias Kremer

Before joining CODEX Partners, Tobias Kremer was a manager at Bain & Company as well as M & A and corporate finance manager at BHF-Bank, equinet AG and IPONTIX AG. He has more than 20 years of experience in top management consulting and investment banking, with over 100 successfully completed projects. Tobias Kremer holds a degree in Business Informatics from the University of Mannheim and is a certified European Financial Analyst (CEFA). At CODEX Partners, Tobias Kremer focuses on strategy development, sales optimisation, reorganisation and commercial due diligence.
