Clemens Beickler is a Managing Director of CODEX Partners. For 15 years he has been working in top management
consulting and in investment management. During that time he has been responsible for more than 100 projects in
utilities, health care, high tech, investment goods, consumer goods and in financial services.

Before the foundation of CODEX Partners Clemens Beickler was a member of the management group of Bain & Company, Munich. Apart from his work for private equity funds he was responsible for the German Energy Practice.

Clemens Beickler has a Masters Degree of Business Administration of University of Zurich (Switzerland) and he holds a
BA Philosophy/Politics of the University of York, UK.

Dr. Rüdiger Maass is a Managing Director of CODEX Partners. For more than 7 years he has been active in Top
Management Consulting. His experience includes over 30 projects in health care, consumer goods, retailing, media,
financial services and automotive.

Before the foundation of CODEX Dr. Maass was a founder and director of a Consulting and Investment Company which
built up an internet-platform for the construction industry.

Previously, Dr. Maass has been a Consultant with Bain & Company in Zurich where he concentrated on consumer
goods, financial services and automotive.

Dr. Rüdiger Maass holds a Doctorate in Business Administration of University of Fribourg (Switzerland).
